
Delivery and Returns
Orders are dispatched twice a week due to having young children at home. We ship orders our on a Monday and a Thursday , once payment has been received. Your tracking number will be sent directly from us so please search your inbox/spam folder for tracking information. Standard delivery is contactless unless specified. If you would like a signature delivery service, please add a note to your order on the "Cart" page. Please note, if the courier cannot obtain a signature, they cannot leave the item. Failure to obtain a signature may cause a delay in delivery. Bulky Items Please note the shipping cost for larger/bulkier items may vary from the initial shipping charge depending on the delivery area/city. Freight cost will be confirmed after the order is placed. Damaged and Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving it. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund. Refunds & Returns Refunds and returns are at the discretion of Little flick nz. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
